Edit Options form

The Edit Options form enables you to specify a list of values that you can use for data entry in the selected flex field. You can add new values, or edit and delete existing values from this form.

To add a value:

• Click .

The Value form (on page 1) displays.

To edit a value:

• Select the value in the form and click , or

• Double-click a value in the form.

To delete a value:

• Select the value(s) in the form and click .

When prompted, confirm to delete the value(s).

If you delete an option from the list of values of an existing flex field, it only affects future edits to the flex field and has no effect on any existing values.
